LAZY CREATURE'S COOK BOOK

I totally get it when someone says, cooking is hard, man!.

I belong to the same category but certainly its fun to prepare dishes of such sort that are mentioned in this post and moreover, they will definitely sate your hunger.

So here is the list of my favorite dishes that are damn damn damn easy to make and much more easier to eat and share.

1. Cheesy Carrot and Corn Saute

Up first I have this newest invention of mine.......it's my proud, random, yummiest and  I also wanna cook day's invention.
For this we need :
1. Carrots (grated)
2. Sweet Corn Kernels (baked)
3. Cheese
4. Garam masala/ Any dry Masala to add some spices.
5. lots of love.

Measurements are majorly dependent on how much you wanna cook and quantity of veggies you are using so keeping that in mind take a look at the preparation steps:
I told you I have found the easiest ways to cook so, the first method I use is just putting all these ingredients in a mug and microwave it for less than 2 mins and mix it well using a spoon .yup, it will be ready.

If you don't wanna use oven then you can do the following steps :
Add a bit oil to a pan and now to this add soft sweet corn, grated carrots, and salt for taste.
Saute all these well while adding the chosen masala.
Do this for a min and add grated cheese (lots) of your choice.
Add more masala if it tastes bland,
Let both veggies and cheese mix well and stick to cheese (if it makes sense) later put the pan down and let it cool....there will be a cheesy thick piece of all veggies stuck together.

Eat the same by spreading it on chapati, rotis or toasted bread and sprinkle more cheese and roll it.
woah, so have that soft, chewy and yet crispy bit and thank me.

2. Masala Upma/Uppittu

Upma is a super staple dish in my home. No one likes it but yet it is made every other day and the reason for this is maybe its comparatively easier to cook than other dishes.
Here is easiest of all recipes for making upma according to me.
Ingredients:
1. Rava/Sooji (roasted).
2.Chopped onions
3. Ripe tomatoes
4. Curry leaves
5. Magic Masala from Maggie.
6.Water

Roast the rava with little oil, until turns light brown. Keep it aside to cool.
Meanwhile partially boil the vegetables in water separately. (Make sure it is not completely cooked).Take a pan, heat oil in that add jeera (optional).
Add the chopped cooked vegetables, salt and continue to saute for a while. To the same add maggie's magic masala and mix.
Now add 2 cups of hot water into this, (if u have taken 1.5 cups of rava) mix well and let it boil. Add the roasted rava, mix thoroughly avoiding lumps.
Add a small amount of water if needed and cover it leaving it to cook for a few minutes.

More such easy recipes will be updated soon to the same post...till then enjoy cooking.
